With the recent bad weather affecting residents of Lincolnshire and another storm predicted. We urge you to keep a lookout for opportunistic criminals who offer unnecessary home repairs. 

If you do require any emergency repairs, make sure to go with a reputable trader: don’t rely on social media recommendations, do ask friends and/or family for recommendations, and never contract at the door.

 Always ask for a written quote and contract for the work.

Make sure to get all contact details for the trader, including their name, address, phone number and/or email address.

Don’t feel pressure to make a quick decision.
