Appeal for serious assault in Dunholme

We are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information after a man was discovered with a suspected stab wound in Dunholme.

At 7:56 pm on Wednesday 1 April, we received a report of a person with serious injuries at a property on Dixon Place, Dunholme, near Lincoln. Emergency services attended, and the man was taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.

A 40‑year‑old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in police custody.

We are urging anyone who may have seen or heard anything in the Dixon Place area between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm on Wednesday (1 April) to come forward. Even small details could assist our investigation.

Residents may see an increased police presence locally while enquiries continue.
