News Appeal: Robbery at Wood Lane Playing Field, Louth

We are appealing for witnesses following a report of a robbery at Wood Lane Playing Field, Louth.

A boy of secondary school age was assaulted and his scooter and mobile phone were both stolen. These items have since been recovered and returned to the victim.

We have received a report that he was assaulted by an unknown male on the playing fields in Louth at around 4pm on Sunday, 19 April and another male took the items.

Several enquiries have been taking place since the incident, and we are now hoping to also trace witnesses who could share their account to help our investigation.
