Help us help communities

Dear Resident

Hopefully over the last few months you will have noticed that we have greatly increased our use of the Lincs Alert system. We hope you and your neighbours are finding it useful. We are seeing some great results from it. 

As with all these things, the more people that receive our messages, the more useful they are and the more impact they have. 

This is where we are hoping you can help us. We are looking for Neighbourhood Watch volunteers to help us sign people up from your local area - or even just your street. This can be either through knocking on the doors of your neighbours, explaining what Lincs Alert is and helping sign them up there and then (some people just need a little help) or even just leafleting your area - or a combination of the two! 

If you are interested in helping us spread the word, please reply to this email. We will send you a pack of leaflets and a few instructions to help you when signing people up. 

To allow time for printing the number of leaflets we need, and so we can monitor how effective this approach is, we are looking at doing this throughout July - hopefully this will also mean some nice weather to go walking in at the same time!
