Local Priorities Nuisance Vehicle use Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Nuisance Vehicle use, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

On 19 August, PCSO Felstead-Solley and PCSO Patchett seized an e-scooter that was being used unlawfully on Heapham Road. Officers continue to patrol the area and take action where vehicles are being used in a manner that poses a risk to public safety.

Please remember that privately owned e-scooters can only be used on private land with the landowner's permission and are not permitted for use on public roads, pavements or cycle paths.

This action forms part of our ongoing efforts to improve road safety and address concerns within the local community.
